Villa Carpe Diem
stands by the upper edge of a slope opposite the village of Aghia Triada. Views range far over the Aegean Sea and the neighbouring mountains, and from the terrace as well as from the balcony one can also see the summits of the Ida Massif.

The top floor includes 3 bedrooms, two of them with direct access to a large balcony, and a bathroom with a bath-tub.
On the ground floor there is another bathroom with a shower, and a spacious living-room with an open fireplace and an attached open-plan kitchen. A double convertible sofa will on demand serve as the 7th and 8th accommodation.
In front of the living-room there is a large sun terrace which frames the swimming pool.

Aghia Triada
is a tiny village above the bay of  Rethymnon on the north coast of the island of Crete.
Due to the beautiful views one enjoys from here, some 30 small private holiday villas were erected in recent years on the slope opposite.
